This is like my new favorite food. I really enjoy wraps but I'm not that fond of those flat out wraps. I don't like the taste. You can't see the brand by the picture but these are La Tortilla Factory and they really are delicious. They are only 3 WW points per tortilla. These particular tortillas are big. They make a nice size wrap.
Ham, Cheese, and Pico De Gallo WrapsPrinter Friendly Version
1 La Tortilla Factory 100 Calorie Wrap
2 slices thin sliced lean ham
1 slice reduced fat Colby jack cheese
1/4 cup pico de gallo, recipe to follow
1 tablespoon reduced fat ranch dressing
Heat the tortilla in the microwave on a microwave safe plate for about 30 seconds. Assemble with ham, cheese, pico de gallo, and ranch dressing.
Pico De Gallo
8 Roma Tomatoes, diced
1/4 of a red onion, diced
handful of cilantro minced
1/2 lime juiced
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
salt
Mix together and let sit in the fridge for the flavors to meld.
